I’m over 60 years old and recently had a 4-Dimensional Facelift with Dr. Carlotti, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Because this was a revision case for me, choosing the right surgeon was extremely important. Dr. Carlotti was honest, thorough, and very detailed during my consultation. He explained everything clearly, set realistic expectations, and made me feel completely comfortable moving forward.

The surgery went smoothly, and the care I received before and after the procedure was exceptional. The staff was professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

Most importantly, my results look natural, refreshed, and lifted — not tight or overdone. I still look like myself, just younger and more vibrant. At this stage in life, that natural look meant everything to me.

I’m truly grateful for Dr. Carlotti’s skill and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone, especially patients over 60 considering facial rejuvenation or revision procedures.

Dr Carlotti made me cry. I had struggled with bags under my eyes for years, thinking it was just fatigue or the usual aging progress. I tried so many things to remedy it, but nothing moved the meter. It wasn’t until I consulted with Dr Carlotti, that I understood the real problem and that he could actually fix it once and for all. My husband was dubious of getting it done and doubted this would result in anything worthwhile but supported me. I trusted Dr Carlotti to do a lower bleph and that was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. One week after the difference was remarkable, his skill and talent is incredible. My husband even admitted that this was transformational and was so happy I went forward, we went to have a celebratory breakfast and I saw myself in a mirror, the same ones (with the harsh downward lighting) that used to make me feel so self conscious and I started to cry. I didn’t see the tired, old lady I was beginning to resign myself to seeing. I saw me again, I felt good about how I looked, refreshed and like myself. Thank you Dr Carlotti. I cannot thank you or recommend you enough.

I cannot recommend Dr. Albert highly enough. He is truly an exceptional plastic surgeon. From my very first consultation, I found him to be professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. He has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Most importantly, he is a true perfectionist, and it shows in his work.

In November 2024, I underwent a brachioplasty revision, breast implant removal, and a breast lift. During surgery, Dr. Albert explained that he essentially had to reconstruct my entire chest because of the poor results from a previous surgery performed over 20 years ago. My original surgeon had placed two different-sized implants, and I was never comfortable going without a bra because my breasts looked uneven.

Today, thanks to Dr. Albert, I finally have the confidence I never thought I’d have… The brachioplasty revision has been just as life-changing… Living in South Florida… for more than 20 years I wore long sleeves almost every day… Recently, for my niece’s graduation, I found the courage to buy a sleeveless vest and pantsuit. For the first time in decades, I felt confident showing my arms… Thank you, Dr. Albert… especially revision surgery.
