BellaNova Cosmetic Surgery is a state-registered Level III cosmetic surgery facility with two private operating rooms. Everything — consultation, surgery, recovery and follow-up — happens here, with the same team.
Owning the facility changes the standard
Most cosmetic surgery practices rent operating time at a surgery center or hospital. It works, and it means the surgeon inherits someone else's equipment, staffing and protocols.
Dr. Carlotti built and owns this one. The instruments are chosen by the surgeon who uses them, the nursing team is the same team every time, and controlled substance accountability, anesthesia oversight and infection control protocols are set and audited internally rather than inherited.

Questions about the facility
Where will my surgery be performed?
At our own facility at 1261 S Congress Ave, West Palm Beach. We do not send patients to outside surgery centers or hospitals for elective cosmetic procedures. Consultation, surgery and follow-up all take place in the same building with the same team.
Is the facility nationally accredited?
No. BellaNova is a state-registered Level III surgical facility. We are not currently nationally accredited.
Who administers anesthesia?
Board-certified anesthesia providers. Anesthesia is never delegated to unqualified staff, and a dedicated anesthesia provider is present for the entire procedure.
Why does facility registration matter?
State registration and national accreditation are different forms of oversight. BellaNova operates as a state-registered Level III surgical facility. Ask your surgeon which registration or accreditation applies to the facility where your procedure will take place.
Is there privacy at arrival and discharge?
Yes. Scheduling is single-patient, arrival is private and there is a separate discharge area so you are not passing through a waiting room afterwards.
